Danny Mikhail

Danny, owner and Managing Director of Newtown Constructions is the driving force behind the rapid growth of the business. Danny has over 30 years’ experience successfully running businesses in the building development and construction industry. The success of Danny can be attributed to working with the best people in the industry, working to the highest standards, driving an uncompromising safety message through every aspect of our operation and keeping the customer at the heart of every project.

He thrives in such a highly competitive market space because he delivers the highest of quality not just in his planning and execution but in his relationships; he engages with our project partners with open upfront communication as he seeks to not just deliver this project but build relationships that will deliver future opportunities. He doesn’t just want to deliver this project with our partners he wants to create a relationship that leads to many more joint ventures.

Tony Lahoud
Construction Manager – Residential Division

Tony began his career in the construction industry in 1990. Of his 28 year tenure, he has diligently performed as a Construction Manager for over 12 years. His knowledge and experience of the industry was primarily gained through hands on field experience.
Tony has joined Newtown Constructions as the Senior Construction Manager. Tony has successfully managed and completed numerous residential, commercial, government, industrial and commercial developments.
Tony doesn’t only bring 28 years of construction experience, he also brings surveying and drafting experience to the team which allows all surveying done on site.

Andrew Lynne
Construction Manager – Commercial Division

Andrew brings over 20 years experience in the Construction and Development industry to the team working on some of Sydney’s major iconic developments totalling over $800 million dollars in construction costs.
In his time in the industry Andrew has worked across all market sectors providing an ability to deliver projects of any size and complexity servicing a multitude of clients and their varied requirements.
Andrew has worked with a wide variety of clients and stakeholders from private clients and developers to some of the nation’s largest blue chip organisations and with his natural ability to communicate effectively, our clients always feel well informed and ensured the best outcome for the project is being achieved.

Adiel Jacobs
Chief Financial Officer

Adiel is an experienced CFO with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry from a corporate and public practice background with over 20 years’ experience. Skilled in Negotiation, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Business & Tax Planning and Corporate Structuring. He has a strong business development professional with a proven track record.

Mark Iskander
Operations Manager / WHS Manager

Mark prides himself on his ability to work closely with consultants, onsite teams, site foremen and subcontractors ensuring all project deadlines and schedules are met in a safe and professional manner.
Mark works to ensure all systems are in place and performing in an effort to create the highest efficiency in communication and work flow both in-house, on site and between Newtown Constructions and our affiliates.
Mark’s business acumen and experience in consulting, HR and construction gives the team at Newtown Construction an extra depth and his commitment to each of our clients and their projects is second to none.

Zara Marjanovic
Financial and Administration Manager

Zara brings with her a wealth of business management experience within the administration, finance and customer service areas across such diverse fields as design, retail, wholesale, import and export, sporting, human services and construction industries.
Such diversity and experience working with a broad range of people and industries helps to bring a unique perspective and understanding to Newtown Constructions and all of our dealings and relationships.

Sam Ayache
Contracts Manager

Sam’s role, amongst many others, is to drive the procurement of trade packages, develop scopes, manage and maintain trade contracts, administer project related financials and to facilitate the smooth implementation and maintenance of the Principal Contracts.
Having experience in the multiple disciplines of the construction industry such as industrial, commercial, residential and mixed use development; Sam is able to offer an immense array of experience within multiple sectors of the industry.
Attention to detail and analytical traits make him a driving gear in management and maintenance of the business’ contractual obligations.
